When you request a quotation we collect the details you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, property postcode, a description of the work and any photographs you attach.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to quote and, where work goes ahead, to keep a record of the project. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
